Responsibilities

Serve as the system leader for our custom-built CRM — governing data structures, workflows, and user experience with precision and accountability
Manage integrations across HubSpot, Gong, Staircase.ai, billing, and contracting tools to ensure clean data flow and lifecycle consistency
Implement automation and validation logic that reduce friction, increase accuracy, and drive scalability
Maintain strong change control, documentation, and configuration standards to ensure sustainable growth and stability
Integrate and operationalize AI-first tools (e.g., Gong AI, ChatGPT-powered copilots, predictive scoring, or AI-driven workflows) to enhance revenue team efficiency and decision support
Design and maintain MCP (multi-channel platform) integrations that unify communication, data, and workflow across CRM, engagement, and analytics tools
Partner with GTM and Product teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can eliminate manual work and surface smarter insights
Monitor system usage and data flow to ensure AI models and automated processes deliver measurable business impact
Partner with Account Management and Expansion Sales to translate strategy into operational workflows, dashboards, and actionable insights
Build and maintain enablement tools that help teams identify whitespace, expansion signals, and customer risk in real time
Lead training sessions and tool rollouts to improve adoption, process consistency, and data hygiene
Collect feedback from users and continuously iterate on processes and automations that improve team efficiency
Own data quality and governance across systems, enforcing accuracy, completeness, and standardization
Build advanced analytical models and dashboards in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to track expansion pipeline health, customer segmentation, and revenue efficiency
Develop and maintain a consistent KPI framework and reporting cadence that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization
Partner with leadership to turn operational data into actionable insights for forecasting, segmentation, and strategy refinement
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate manual work through smart automation and AI-powered workflows
Build and maintain integrations using APIs, middleware (Zapier, Workato, Make), or low-code platforms
Document and optimize processes for renewals, expansions, and cross-sells to support consistent, repeatable execution
Lead quarterly reviews of system performance, adoption, and data health to align technology with evolving go-to-market priorities
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, Marketing Ops, and Finance to maintain alignment across systems and reporting
Translate commercial objectives into operational design, ensuring technology and process work in service of revenue growth
Champion accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across teams through reliable systems and reporting

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Sales Systems Management within a SaaS or technology-driven organization
Proven ownership of CRM systems (custom-built or major platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce) and integrated revenue tech stacks
Hands-on experience with AI-first tools, machine learning–enabled automation, or predictive analytics platforms for GTM and customer lifecycle operations
Experience integrating and managing MCP (multi-channel platform) solutions for unified data, messaging, and automation orchestration
Advanced data analysis and visualization skills in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong grasp of data integrity principles, automation design, and system governance
Demonstrated success driving tool adoption, training, and enablement across go-to-market teams
A balance of technical fluency, process rigor, and collaborative leadership

Preferred

Advanced degree or certifications in analytics, CRM/platform administration, or automation/AI systems
