The role involves analyzing bid opportunities, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring compliance with client requirements while collaborating with various departments to deliver competitive bids.

Responsibilities

Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and other bid documents to identify requirements and evaluation criteria

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary inputs for bid responses

Develop and maintain bid schedules, ensuring timely submission of proposals

Assist in the creation of bid content, including executive summaries, pricing models, and compliance matrices

Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics

Maintain a database of bid documents, templates, and historical submissions

Support continuous improvement of bid processes and tools

This position requires business travel as needed, with some presence in an i2G office as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or 2+ years of work experience

Strong understanding of procurement processes and proposal development

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
