Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, planning, organizing, and development of documents, methods, approaches, and techniques for conceptual and interpretive drafting of design-build or plan/spec projects
Confers with Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, Business Development, and Estimating departments to resolve technical support issues and coordinate production scheduling
Interacts with engineers, architects, consultants, owners, representatives, and electrical equipment vendors to resolve design issues and ensure project requirements are met
Research, develop, and prepare design documents, and review completed work to ensure the adequacy and accuracy of drawings and designs
Assist in the procurement and upkeep of electrical licensing requirements as directed by the Vice President
Upgrade skills and education to maintain the level of expertise required by branch operations

Required
Accountable for the design and engineering of assigned projects
Ensuring the integration and coordination of technical designs with other internal departments and external consultants
Reviewing completed design work for technical adequacy and satisfaction of project requirements
Responsible for the design, planning, organizing, and development of documents, methods, approaches, and techniques for conceptual and interpretive drafting of design-build or plan/spec projects
Confers with Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, Business Development, and Estimating departments to resolve technical support issues and coordinate production scheduling
