The role involves making diligent service attempts, activating cases, and utilizing mobile applications for documentation and evidence.

Responsibilities

Make diligent service attempts: Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)

Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)

Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion

Utilize ProVest mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addresses, Submit detailed attempt notes, Record service or non-service outcomes
