Lead and manage the deal desk team

Provide strategic support for complex and non-standard deals

Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and approval processes

Support contract negotiations and deal structuring

Analyze deal performance and pricing trends

Partner with sales teams to accelerate deal closure

Ensure compliance with pricing and contract policies

Design and Execute rules of engagement, out of territory, split policy, and deal approval process workflow

Design and Execute MDM capability within Salesforce CRM
