Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls to input data necessary to establish a line of credit or determine that credit cannot be extended
Maintain professional interaction with all Matco Tools personnel, distributors, and customers at all times
Build and maintain solid relationships with the above mentioned
Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity and quality goals
Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and work shifts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. required
Must be able and willing to work 10:30am-7:00pm ET shift Monday through Friday
Required to work on-site at Matco headquarters every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Ability to work remotely on Monday and Friday
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction and work well in a team environment
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment which requires flexibility, especially around processes
A well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively via mail, email, and phone by utilizing proper grammar and phrasing
Preferred
One year of experience in a call center-based environment preferred
