Responsibilities
Managing the creative team members tasked with producing creative assets/deliverables and executing marketing campaigns and communication strategies
Developing comprehensive marketing and communication campaigns and strategies that align with Montage Health's overall goals and objectives
Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing
Working closely with the creative team to develop compelling content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia assets, while ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and communications materials and campaigns
Managing relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors when necessary to support project execution
Qualification
Required
Seven or more years of related experience in marketing and communication with a good understanding of creative operations
Extensive background in graphic design and visual communication
History of successful collaboration with direct reports, colleagues, supervisor, and other stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic marketing and communication campaigns
Proven ability to maintain brand consistency and identity across all marketing materials and campaigns
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Previous experience leading a creative team
Managing relationships with vendors when necessary to support project execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Budget management experience
Strong project management skills
Computer and technical skills and experience including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Applications, Asana, Prezi, and FileMaker
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred Or Equivalent Work Experience
