Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities

Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, IRR/NPV analyses, and scenario testing

Manage funding processes such as construction and project draws, ensuring compliance with lender and partner requirements

Support entitlement processes on the front end of development projects, coordinating with consultants and local jurisdictions

Conduct market research, due diligence, and competitive analysis to evaluate investment opportunities

Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders

Collaborate with asset management teams to monitor performance and identify value creation opportunities

Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure smooth execution of acquisitions and asset initiatives
