Responsibilities
Oversee designer work
Provide team technical leadership
Perform quality reviews of design packages
Assist directly with the more complex portions of the design process
Interact directly with the client, owner, and contractors to assist construction on site
Engineering and design oversight for facility power distribution systems
Grounding
Lighting
Low voltage communications systems in some of the most complex industrial facilities
Establish design requirements and produce construction documents
Prepare technical specifications and documents for bidding and construction
Participate in project proposals
Suggest solutions to our clients to problems they didn’t even knew they had
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 12 years of engineering design experience of building electrical systems
Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical or mission critical facilities
Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc
Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Team lead experience
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Senior technical leadership experience
Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
