JPMorganChase is a global investment bank seeking a Training Program Manager for their Commercial & Investment Banking Learning & Development Team. This role involves managing the Global Investment Banking Analyst Training Program and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement training solutions that attract, develop, and retain top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities

Partner with subject matter experts and/or vendors to design training solutions that span across live classroom, virtual, and hybrid delivery. Ensure course content meets evolving business strategies and priorities

Establish strong relationships and ongoing dialogue with key Investment Banking stakeholders in coordination with team and global L&D colleagues

Identify training needs in partnership with the HR Business Advisors, Development, Training colleagues and all key Business Stakeholders

Keep key Business and HR stakeholders apprised of new initiatives. Monitor and report on analysts’ performance and provide feedback to program stakeholders (Managers, AADCs, HR Business Advisors, etc)

Evaluate effectiveness of training delivered against program objectives through thoughtful analyses to pull insights from metrics

Liaise and partner with vendors delivering technical, product and professional training to ensure successful delivery for our clients

Manage and oversee program budgets and other ad-hoc duties in support of Learning & Development activities

Required

5+ years of experience in learning and development or prior experience in Investment Banking

Solid understanding of investment banking products, people, and processes

Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with colleagues at all levels, globally, across Banking, Human Resources, Risk, and other business lines

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities; confidence in addressing large audiences

Demonstrated passion for training and development

Strong team player, adaptable to working within a flexible and dynamic team environment

Ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage ambiguity while having strong judgement and decision making abilities

Experience managing employees and/or projects

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on implementation

Results oriented, with a proactive approach and initiative

Innovative mindset with strong problem solving skills

Preferred

Previous experience in financial services

Prior public speaking and/or facilitation experience
