Urrly is a private equity-backed estate management group seeking to modernize its finance function. The CFO will lead finance for a multi-entity property and services organization, focusing on strategy and execution, financial reporting, and team development.

Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across entities
Own FP&A: budgets, variance analysis, and long-range planning
Oversee accounting, cash flow, and compliance
Manage CapEx planning, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules
Build financial controls, processes, and reporting systems
Support ownership and private equity partners on M&A and capital strategy
Develop a lean, capable finance team as the business scales
Qualification
Required
CPA or MBA
10+ years in multi-entity finance or operations accounting
Experience in a private equity–backed environment
Background in asset-heavy accounting and CapEx management
Proven experience in FP&A and data-driven financial planning
Demonstrated success building or upgrading financial systems
Strong grasp of GAAP, cash flow, and consolidation
Willing to travel regionally (~20%)
Preferred
Experience in property services, construction, or real estate operations
ERP migration or NetSuite buildout
