Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data
Develop models for resource optimization and workload forecasting
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership
Collaborate with technical and program management teams to support strategic planning
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in operations research or data analytics
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field
Secret security clearance (must be a US Citizen)
Preferred
Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or statistical tools (R, Python, MATLAB)
Knowledge of Navy or DoD operations is preferred
