Oversee scope, schedule, staffing, and budget for complex marine infrastructure and coastal resilience projects
Provide oversight and guidance on technical excellence, innovation, and compliance with industry standards
Drive growth strategies for Jacobs’ Ports & Maritime business, shaping market positioning and client engagement
Identify and pursue new opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and cultivate long-term client relationships
Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Required
