Compensation Analyst
Hyatt is a leading hospitality company seeking an enthusiastic Compensation Analyst to join their Global Total Rewards Team. The role involves supporting the administration of Hyatt’s broad-based compensation programs, including salary survey participation and incentive plan administration.

Responsibilities
Participate in compensation salary surveys and analyze data for the creation/update of salary structures
Create, manipulate, and analyze data from HR information systems and other data sources in order to test and improve the effectiveness of compensation programs
Assist with the maintenance and tier-1 support of our compensation planning system and other tools
Administer the annual hotel incentive plan process, including tracking participants, eligibility dates, calculations, and partnering with payroll for payouts
Partner with other compensation team members on the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary structure review, merit increase planning, and short and long-term incentive compensation planning
Compensation resource for Human Resource partners (Corporate and/or Hotel)
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of compensation, systems, HR, finance, or other analytical experience
Strong analytical skills, including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of compensation practices
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle competing priorities
Preferred
A bachelor's in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Certifies Compensation Professional (CCP) or classes toward CCP Certification preferred
Knowledge of ADP Enterprise/PeopleSoft
Familiar with compensation planning systems and survey tools
