Responsibilities

Provides technical consultation on the design and interpretation of research and evaluation studies, process improvement initiatives, and data integration

Designs and directs major, highly complex research projects or activities that may impact multiple divisions

Independently plans, organizes, and conducts highly complicated studies, requiring in-depth knowledge, pertaining to the Medi-Cal LTC services rate development

Provides expert consultative services to senior and executive management on the feasibility, impact, or potential of proposed initiatives, policy changes, or programmatic changes

Advises the Division's management of the LTC rate development and positively influences future policies and strategies to meet statewide health policy goals
