Responsibilities

Conduct timely follow-up on all quote requests within your territory and call leads to maximize conversion opportunities for CharacterStrong’s products and services
Meet or exceed activity expectations, including daily/weekly call volume, emails, sequences, and meeting-set metrics
Work with reps in your territory to develop and execute strategies that meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Support targeted campaigns, event follow-ups, and conference promotion to increase lead volume and accelerate deals
Build strong relationships with district stakeholders by understanding needs and providing meaningful solutions
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline progression
Bring forward ideas that enhance team performance and contribute to company growth during weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings
Assist with special projects such as event-driven outreach, web-lead engagement, and leadership-initiated communication efforts
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Strong relationship-building skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who is comfortable working independently
The ability to both call and email prospective customers on a daily basis

Produces timely, quality results and consistently asks the question, 'How can I make this 1% better?'

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Efficient with CRM's, Google and Microsoft Suite applications, and other business apps like: Slack, Zoom, Notion, HubSpot
