Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the data center construction project on-site, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and major trades
Foster a safety-first, quality-driven environment in the field
Manage site documentation, regular progress reporting, and communication with stakeholders
Build and lead a high-performing, reliable on-site team to ensure project success
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in electrical commercial construction (residential experience does not apply)
Recent experience leading data center construction projects of $5M+ in scope
Must be available to work on-site in Cedar Rapids, IA (no remote or office placement)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related business discipline focused on construction
Existing relationships with superintendents, foremen, or trusted subcontractors you can bring to the project
