BLOCK LLP is a growing personal injury firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant. In this role, you will support case managers and attorneys throughout the pre-litigation process by preparing case files, managing negotiations, drafting legal documents, and maintaining communication with clients and third parties.

Required

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal case management software (e.g., Smokeball, Filevine, Clio, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Preferred

Prior experience in a personal injury law firm or related legal field
Familiarity with personal injury case processes, including medical liens and pre-litigation procedures
