Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and evolving needs
Define use cases, examples, and tools to craft and convey the product value proposition and position to a variety of audiences, ranging from the technically savvy to executives
Collect requirements to define future products, including competitive analysis and customer feedback
Working closely with partners to ensure products get to market on time and to explore customer needs and workflows
Act as the go-to expert on the product for internal teams across the organization
Engage with customers to collect feedback, validate direction, and represent the company's product vision
Qualification
Required
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field or equivalent experience
5+ years of product management, or similar, experience at a technology company with a technology first attitude
Experience in Product Management in large global organizations
Excellent balance of deep systems software with business knowledge
Strong analytical, marketing, and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Excellent social skills, peer networking, and team play with colleagues and customers
Kubernetes and container orchestration as the foundation for AI/ML deployments
Preferred
GPU resource management and multi-tenant scheduling within shared clusters
ML/AI orchestration frameworks and ecosystem tools (e.g., Kubeflow, Ray, MLflow, KServe)
Cloud-native AI infrastructure across AWS/GCP/Azure, hybrid, and on-prem environments
Observability and monitoring for distributed systems, GPU workloads, or data pipelines
Developer platforms, API-oriented products, or SDK workflows with practical experience working alongside open-source communities, contributors, or ecosystem partners (participation is valued; contribution is not required)
