Responsibilities

Foster strategic client partnerships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders
Gain deep client insight: Understand the client’s environment, challenges, and priorities to inform strategic decisions
Create impactful solutions: Collaborate with clients to define business problems and develop tailored solutions
Drive strategic growth: Lead RFP responses and proactive bids focused on renewals, extensions, and account expansion
Serve as the primary client liaison for SAP: Act as the day-to-day point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and engagement
Expand engagement pipeline: Own backlog growth by securing renewals and extensions of existing SAP engagements
Ensure successful delivery: Guide project teams with a clear understanding of client dynamics to ensure successful execution

Required

3-5 year's experience in account management role selling SAP solutions
8+ years' hands-on experience working in SAP solutions in an architect or delivery role - you have been an SAP practitioner
High level understanding of emerging patterns in the SAP application modernization space
Strong knowledge on domains: Communications, Media, High Tech spaces
A strong relationship-oriented bent of mind, demonstrated capabilities in building and sustaining relationships
Strong executive presence and gravitas
Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
Experience of leading and closing large deals in managed services (multi-million $ and multi-year contracts)
Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Basic English proficiency is required for Company-wide communications purposes
