Responsibilities
Communicate with clients on their level, using their language and being an expert in navigating both business and technical questions; from all levels within an organization
Develop and execute accurate, clear, and concise proposals
Responsible for uncovering client needs and addressing those needs as part of the sales and demonstration strategy
Ability to position Unity Construct as the system of choice and become an expert in overcoming objections
Configure complex solutions in Unity Construct and demonstrate the benefits to the prospect
Work with the territory Existing Sales Team in the Private segment to execute the sales pursuit strategy
Develop and refine RFP responses as assigned
Responsible for reading and interpreting clients’ requirements into client solutions and proposals
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a Product Management, Business Analyst, or Implementation Project Manager role
Demonstrated strong analytical, process-oriented mindset and capability
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Ability to solve problems using a creative and logical mindset
Travel up to 75%
Preferred
Prior experience in a Sales Engineer or related position
Understanding of construction processes
4-year college degree is preferred
Preference for residing in the Western of Central U.S
