Responsibilities
Finance Business partner to Compute & Enterprise AI business unit leadership
Engage/Lead core finance processes including Long-range planning, Annual Operating Plans, and intra-quarter Outlooks for Opex. Also, perform month end close activities, including variance reporting and expense reviews
Perform financial analysis and provide decision analysis support for engineering investments and special projects
Coordinate with and provide operational finance guidance to various organizations and individuals across cross-functional teams such as Corporate Financial Planning, Accounting, HR, and Business Unit Operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
Ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment
Leadership capability to drive cross-organizational initiatives
Capability to grow within the position and rotate to Finance leadership positions
Finance Business partner to Compute & Enterprise AI business unit leadership
Engage/Lead core finance processes including Long-range planning, Annual Operating Plans, and intra-quarter Outlooks for Opex
Perform month end close activities, including variance reporting and expense reviews

Demonstrated financial leadership effectively supporting Engineering and/or Business leaders in a high-growth environment
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, etc)
Experience preferably in a global fast-paced competitive multi-site high-tech environment
MBA preferred
