Responsibilities

Serving as an integral member of the Site Leadership Team, actively shaping and executing site strategy through X-Matrix policy deployment
Providing facilitative leadership to foster collaboration and accountability
Mentoring and supporting career development of engineering staff
Leading structured problem-solving initiatives within a lean, continuous improvement framework
Resolving production and field issues, ensuring timely communication of impacts
Delivering technical support to customers, including failure analysis and design proposals
Executing engineering tasks for major programs, ensuring technical excellence
Leading engineering support for proposal development and customer engagements
Collaborating cross-functionally with Value Stream Management, Program Management, Purchasing, and other key stakeholders
Participating in technical committees to drive innovation and productivity
Defining and managing capital and personnel budgets to support strategic goals
Upholding safety practices across all engineering activities

Required

Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering with 5 years of relevant experience OR bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering with 7 years of relevant experience (Candidates with other engineering disciplines may be considered if they have strong mechanical/electrical experience.)
5 years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive results
A demonstrated commitment to modeling and supporting inclusive behaviors aligned with Moog's values and culture
Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance and access U.S. export-controlled information
