They are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Civil/Municipal Engineering to manage and deliver municipal civil infrastructure projects while serving as the primary point of contact for clients in North Texas.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage municipal civil infrastructure projects including roadway, bicycle/pedestrian, drainage, and water/wastewater improvements
Serve as the primary client liaison for municipal clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Scope projects, negotiate contracts, and oversee technical quality, budgets, and schedules
Provide QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards
Mentor project engineers and junior staff while promoting professional development
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative municipal solutions
Track project performance, financial metrics, and utilization targets
Participate in business development activities and represent Tetra Tech at industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas
12+ years of progressive municipal infrastructure project experience
Strong relationships with city and county municipalities in North Texas
Proven experience managing roadway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer projects
Skilled communicator with experience presenting to clients and public audiences
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and balance technical and client-facing responsibilities
Preferred
TXDOT PS&E experience
