Responsibilities
Engage in Fan, Shaft, APU and other advanced technology concept studies along with competitive and roadmap assessments
Develop and optimize conceptual propulsion and APU system studies that are part of IPDS Phase 0-2A (early phase product development)
Support proposals to win customer selection
Support and report out to key stakeholders within the Engines and Power Systems organization, including Business, Project, Technical, and the Advanced Technology organizations
Qualification
Required
Experience in system engineering for propulsion and APU systems
Knowledge of advanced technology concept studies
Ability to conduct competitive and roadmap assessments
Experience with IPDS Phase 0-2A product development
Familiarity with turbofan and APU applications
Strong communication skills to report to key stakeholders
