Responsibilities
Full 360 recruitment: BD, client acquisition, search, delivery, offer management
Build and own a niche vertical within Energy, Infrastructure or Digital Infrastructure
Drive consistent BD activity: meetings, pitches, mapping, relationship-building
Win retainers and multi-hire mandates
Collaborate with a high-performing US Perm team
Meet and exceed revenue targets (aiming for $400K+ within 12–18 months)
Progress quickly into team leadership if desired
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally in
A proven track record of client origination and BD success
Experience in job-short or competitive markets (Finance, Engineering, Tech, Energy, Pharma, Digital Infra, Professional Services etc.)
Strong commercial instincts, resilience and the ability to create job flow from scratch
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ambition to build a desk, grow revenue and progress quickly
