Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert to optimize torque control performance across various competing motorsport programs
Drive collaboration between the programs to ensure synergy and performance improvements
Communicate technical concepts effectively, demonstrating strong English language skills (spoken and written)
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on a regular basis
Work collaboratively with multiple engine program teams, fostering strong relationships
Apply analytical thinking to solve complex technical challenges
Maintain a race team and event-oriented mindset, ensuring responsiveness to dynamic conditions
Demonstrate structured work habits, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Uphold a strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism in all activities

Required

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field of study
7+ years of professional experience
Motorsports or performance vehicle engine program experience is required
Vehicle and dyno engine calibration experience
Knowledge of combustion system development
Motorsport control system integration to vehicle beyond dyno
Strong knowledge engine operation
Simulation model understanding and correlation experience

Preferred

Experience in early-stage program development across production and/or motorsports applications
Proven expertise as a subject matter authority in propulsion control systems, ideally with hands-on implementation and optimization experience
