Responsibilities
Analyze internal and external forces, identifying risks and opportunities to influence actions for better financial outcomes
Develop key weekly, monthly and quarterly insights of enterprise sales, margin and inventory outcomes in support of Commercial performance management routines
Develop driver-based digital sales forecast, connecting commercial expectations with partner building blocks to enable proactive business management
Work cross functionally with leaders across merchandising, digital, finance, and the broader organization to inform and develop insights leveraged by senior leaders
Provide ad hoc decision-making support for strategic initiatives and special projects
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
Four or more years Finance or Business experience
Advanced Excel knowledge – comfortable transforming large data sets into insights
Strong analytical acumen to identify and analyze emerging business trends
Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver outcomes
Curious and self-motivated to dig in and identify new strategic insights
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
