Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to end immigration US immigration process for a new hire or employee moving across borders, including assignments, transfers and permanent relocations
Maintain compliance on all immigration files, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O, TN, PERM process and other employment-based visa petitions
Serve as a point of contact for US inbound and US outbound assignments, execute all US specific tasks in relation to arrival or departure of assignees, including but not limited to onboarding/departure checklist review, execute local payments, compensation reporting and offer letter creations
Oversee the domestic relocations caseload, monitoring all relocation services and reviewing exception cases
Develop, implement, and maintain global mobility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements for US relocation and immigration
Collaborate with key stakeholders within P&C team, focusing on continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience, ensuring smooth and efficient transition for employees relocating
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as immigration attorneys, relocation companies, and other service providers
Maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on US relocation and immigration activities
Continuously assess and improve US relocation and immigration processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, International Business)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or a related field
Should have knowledge of US immigration regulations and requirements
Experience with relocation management and coordination of domestic relocations
Should have knowledge of international payroll principles, expatriate tax and understanding of hypothetical concept
Experience in the management of multiple outside vendors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and highly sensitive/confidential moves
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
