Responsibilities

Manage the on-site vessel personnel and all other key and non-key personnel, and report to the Government on the status of the vessel and associated tasks
Oversee and support hull mechanical and electrical (HM&E) systems maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, operational, and testing support
Support includes ship operations, ship maintenance, ship systems, towed systems, structural analysis, and vessel mooring
Provide oversight in order to execute Ship Alterations (ShipAlts) within cost and budget constraints
Oversee and support hull mechanical and electrical (HM&E) systems maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, operational, and testing support. Support includes ship operations, ship maintenance, ship systems, towed systems, structural analysis, and vessel mooring

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Science, or other relevant management and leadership degree is required
Five (5) years experience in managing programs of similar scope and complexity
Experience in personnel management and providing oversight to execute ship alterations within cost and budget constraints
Must be U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active Secret clearance

Preferred

BS in Engineering is preferred
