They are seeking two Associates to lead and support the execution of M&A transactions and manage communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates

Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and client presentations

Conduct industry and company-specific research to support business development and deal execution

Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communication between clients, potential buyers/sellers, and internal deal teams

Mentor and manage Analysts, providing guidance on deliverables and professional development

Participate in client meetings, pitch presentations, and strategic discussions
