Responsibilities
Manage sales headcount and collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to ensure accurate forecasts and actuals
Develop and present monthly and quarterly reviews of key metrics, including bookings, expenses, pipeline trends, and commission analysis
Forecast commissions cash flow and operational expenses, and conduct Budget vs Actual analyses
Provide senior management with ad hoc reporting and analysis to enhance business and financial performance
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and build effective relationships
Proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with financial tools such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, and Coupa
Background in managing headcount and conducting Budget vs Actual calls
Knowledge of sales bookings plans, expense plans, and sales headcount ratios
