Take lead on key litigation activities: depositions, motions, client communication, and expert coordination

Manage discovery strategy and execution

Handle trial prep and courtroom planning

Lead/Participate in Trial Teams

Collaborate with colleagues across offices on major national cases

Qualification

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active California Bar license

7+ years of relevant litigation experience

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Knowledge of both state and federal court procedures

Prior trial or arbitration experience

Preferred

Experience in product liability defense
