Responsibilities
Act as the customer advocate coming in after the software is sold, guiding the software delivery team by translating customer requirements into clear user stories and functional processes that will be built into their environment
Lead Discovery workshops and functional training sessions, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs
Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and minimum viable products (MVPs)
Manage system customizations and integrations while ensuring smooth communication between customers, development, and QA teams
Drive presales efforts by preparing impactful demos, presentations, and POC executions
Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from prioritizing work for sprints to validating the final product before handover
Support customers throughout the Go-Live process, ensuring a seamless transition and providing training for Super Users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Must have experience in Fuel POS systems, retail processes, POS/Backoffice, and ERP solutions
Strong understanding of technical concepts (SQL, XML, Linux, etc.) and experience with system integrations and Master Data Mapping
Must have API experience, testing Rest APIs using Postman or other tools
Experience overseeing end-to-end solution delivery, from prioritizing work for sprints to validating the final product before handover
Background supporting customers throughout the Go-Live process, ensuring a seamless transition and providing training for Super Users
Excellent communication skills to act as the bridge between customers and development teams
Preferred
Strengths in retail, fuel, or convenience store systems, Cash Management, Promotions, Payments, APIs, SCO, SQL, and Loyalty is highly desired
