Required

Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment

Passionate about personal, hands-on service for customers

Ability to show growth in previous roles

Proficient in understanding what affects the P&L

Ability to execute a business plan

Commitment to product quality

Strong desire to increase sales and build relationships in the community

Great coaching skills to identify and develop talent

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 65 lbs

Ability to work with a hot torch
