Provided multiple lead sources daily, build relationships, and generate new business daily
Prepare insurance quotes and close sales daily
Deliver an extraordinary customer service experience during the sales process
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain communication during the sales process
Commit to your continuous learning and skill development
Qualification
Required
Highly coachable and eager to grow your sales ability by learning our sales process
Active - Property & Casualty License in your home state and Georgia Non-Resident License (or obtained prior to start date)
Ability to quickly build rapport and start conversations from a cold lead
Strong goal orientation (ability to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly Sales Goals)
Proven sales ability with demonstrated closing skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Strong self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities
Positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times
Minimum 1(+) years of remote insurance sales
Preferred
Prior Allstate experience preferred
