Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualification
Required
Must hold a real estate license in UTAH to join the TEAM
You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge
Skilled in building relationships, attentive to others' needs, and adept at finding solutions
Excels in prospecting and generating leads
Naturally adept at handling objections
Strong communicator with a dedication to service excellence
Capable of collaborating effectively with others
A true team player
Excellent in both written and verbal communication
Eager to learn and focused on growth
Well-organized and prepared
Open to learning scripts and dialogues
Exceptional time management abilities
Preferred
Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field? We encourage you to apply!)
