That 1 Detailer is setting the national standard for service excellence in ceramic coating and auto detailing. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Field Training Officer to train and develop technicians, manage field operations, and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct continuous hands-on training for new and existing technicians, ensuring they maintain efficiency and are always improving their skills

Act as the first line of escalation for any issues in the field, from technician performance to customer complaints, and resolve over 90% of them before they need to be escalated

You will regularly perform full ceramic coating installations yourself—both for training purposes and operational support. This role is not supervisory only; it requires consistent, real-world production experience to validate standards and coaching

Take full ownership of the chemical and equipment inventory for your territory, leading weekly inventory meetings and ensuring there are never any stockouts

Build and protect our unique technician culture through strong communication, consistent enforcement of standards, and high expectations. You will be a constant presence on our primary communication platform, Slack

Coordinate with our Success Team to ensure schedules are met, customers are satisfied, and our technicians are ready for anything. You will also be responsible for reviewing technician reports and providing weekly updates to leadership
