Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive testing and inspections for systems under maintenance agreements
Swiftly respond to, troubleshoot, and complete necessary repairs to maintain system functionality
Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material
Identify code and non-conformance issues, ensuring adherence to required standards
Work alongside mentors, Lead Technicians, and Supervisors to strategize tasks effectively

Qualification

Electro-mechanical ExperienceNICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 1Commercial Fire Alarm InstallationMicrosoft OfficeReading Design Documents

Required

Electro-mechanical Experience (either in a previous role or through education) and user PC/software skill
Must be willing and able to differentiate types/colors of wire; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Must obtain NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 1 within 18 months
Experience with Microsoft Office
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred
Experience installing commercial fire alarm equipment
Ability to read/understand design and construction documents
