Responsibilities
Support the execution of Brightly’s global communications strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing and company objectives
Draft, edit, and review professional communications for owned, earned, and paid channels, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice
Manage and maintain a comprehensive communications calendar, coordinating with PR, social media, customer, and internal communications teams
Develop engaging content across various communication channels
Build and maintain a library of communication templates to ensure consistency and efficiency
Analyze communication performance across all channels, generate insights, and provide recommendations to optimize strategy and content
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
3 + years of marketing communications experience in a corporate setting or similar role, preferably with a global B2B brand
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and adapt tone for various audiences and channels
Demonstrated experience supporting B2B PR, thought leadership, and social media strategies, including external listening and feedback mechanisms
High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Strong sense of accountability for deliverables, deadlines, and fostering collaborative partnerships
Data-driven approach to decision-making, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Preferred
Experience creating multimedia content (graphics, video) for B2B audiences
Prior experience working within a global organization
Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers, media, editors, thought leaders, and influencers
Knowledge of advanced communication approaches and their impact on audience engagement and growth
Experience supporting executive and inspiring leader spokesperson programs
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
