Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, monitors pipeline and provide updates of all pending and missing items to clients

Maintain excellent client satisfaction though proactive communication and professional service

Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, borrowers and vendors involved in the closing process

Review signed closing and title documents for accuracy after closing

Monitor and maintain the daily funding report ensuring loans are disbursed in a timely manner

Ensure that all documents associated with each transaction are on record with the necessary county in a timely manner
