Client Services Assistant (Floater/ Backup Reception) Bilingual: English/Spanish
North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing advocacy and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Client Services Assistant will offer administrative support across various departments and serve as backup reception at the Santa Rosa location, ensuring efficient operations and service delivery.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and assistance to Case Management, Clinical, Early Intervention, Resource Development, Federal Revenue, Information Technology (IT), Emergency Management and Facilities Department, SDP, Quality Assurance staff and agency departments, as needed
Responsible for backup reception at the Santa Rosa location
Qualification
Required
Bilingual: English/Spanish required
Equivalent or graduation from high school
Three years of administrative/clerical experience in a work environment
Graduation from business school or other two-year post high school program and two years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to type 50 WPM
Ability to provide personal automobile transportation during working hours and for after-hours emergencies or access to another form of reliable transportation which meets these minimum requirements
Preferred
Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable and may be required
