National Accounts Sales Manager

International Motors is seeking a National Accounts Sales Manager to support truck sales for their National Accounts group. This role involves executing sales strategies focused on revenue and profit growth while providing coaching to sales representatives and developing relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching and support to National Account sales representatives to win new business and retain existing customers
Achieve sales and margin goals by developing and implementing effective strategies and tactics, as well as expanding existing accounts and developing new ones
Serve as a resource with a high level of knowledge of company products and services
Work closely with suppliers and distributors to drive results
Promote advanced technologies, including electric and autonomous vehicles
Grow unique customer accounts and strengthen strategic partnerships
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic prospects and customers
Lead and support special project assignments for your national account

Required

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience
Master's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience
At least 5 years of sales experience
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
