In this role, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for building a scalable and configurable workflow platform while collaborating with customers and internal teams to enhance automation capabilities.

Responsibilities
Build the next gen of workflow platform to support dynamic logic, event-driven triggers, multi-step process automation, and become the AI orchestration layer
Collaborate with the customer, other product solutions, and GTM teams in Procore to increase adoption of workflows
Partner very closely with UX/Engineering to enhance scalability and reduce technical debt while maintaining a stable user experience
Evangelize and present your product area across different rituals and meetings, and be the subject matter expert
Execute on automation capabilities that will allow customers to customize business processes and reduce manual ones
Qualification
Required
Strong technical fluency

Ability to thrive in complex, interconnected systems
Expertise in bridging technical depth with structured, cross-functional execution
Understanding of how distributed systems, APIs, and data models connect across the platform
Demonstrated extreme ownership for end-to-end initiatives
Obsessed with customer conversations and synthesizing them for new ideas
Ability to use AI to build prototypes and concepts
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, defining structure, sequencing, and success criteria
