Troon is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of their club. The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating events, and ensuring exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support, including registering members for events and assisting in registration process, ensuring Member website is up to date, maintaining records, and handling general office duties

Assist in the setting up and execution of club events, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding experience for members and guests

Serve as liaison between departments to facilitate seamless coordination of club activities, special events, and member services

Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, responding to inquiries and providing information about club amenities, programs, and events

Maintain a well-organized workspace and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

3 – 5 years' experience in administrative roles, hospitality, and event coordination preferred
