Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced expertise in branding and marketing principles, guiding and educating teams on strategies, methods, and techniques
Craft clear and comprehensive project briefs and strategy plans, translating research and market trends into actionable plans
Create visually stunning and compelling design systems that meet business objectives across various mediums
Educate and communicate the proper use of design assets across various platforms, pushing boundaries through effective visual design
Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary design teams to build systemic storytelling assets
Lead small to medium-sized projects and contribute to larger projects
Deliver work that pushes the experience to be more creatively proactive and encourages debate around the work

Required

Extensive experience in branding and marketing design for online software and technology related products
Strong ability to make confident design decisions and engage with stakeholders persuasively

Strong Proficiency in design tools, video editing and motion design
Ability to inspire and excite team members, fostering a collaborative environment
Experience with designing for AI-driven technologies
Familiarity with creating interactive demos in event spaces
