Responsibilities
Conduct organizational studies and develop recommendations for process improvement
Evaluate compliance with policy, contract, and mission requirements
Develop and maintain acquisition and configuration management documentation
Support high-level briefings, reports, and strategic initiatives
Apply best practices in change management and performance evaluation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience for Junior position
10+ years of analytical experience in defense or aerospace environments for Senior position
Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field
Secret security clearance (must be a US Citizen)
Preferred
Strong data interpretation and communication skills
