Responsibilities

Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross functional partners across the organization

Consult with stakeholders to understand the strategic plans of acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver Axxess’ goals

Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring processes to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies

Manage front-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, documentation and compliance

Implement innovative sourcing techniques to develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Track and manage candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential
