Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop groundbreaking applications of Large Language Model (LLM) technology through beautiful and intuitive interface designs

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Program Managers) to gain alignment and drive the adoption of new visual design strategies

Translate user insights, technical constraints, and product goals into a sophisticated and flexible visual framework that scales for future AI-driven experiences

Serve as the primary visual design expert, providing critical feedback and guidance to uphold a high bar for visual craft, polish, and system coherence

Own and drive a holistic visual design language for the team, ensuring consistency and coherence across all search journeys and contributing teams

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

3 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience leading design projects

Experience working with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process

Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch)

Understanding of visual foundations and systems
