Mid LevelMSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer for their Charlotte, NC office. The role involves leading the Design Engineering team to meet customer requirements, developing relationships with clients, and managing project deliverables effectively.

Responsibilities
Determines project needs, constraints and responsibilities to meet all the customer’s facilities requirements
Develop multiple relationships with new and existing customers (owner, facility manager, project manager, project engineer, design engineers, purchasing, etc.) to facilitate design and operational success
Survey and appraise Electrical systems within various building types
Develop material specifications and construction drawings and documents to ensure proper sizing of electrical components involved in scope of work
Aggressively manage project submittal review and approval to help maintain project scope and schedule
Support engineering evaluation process in project opportunities as identified individually or as an operational team member. This responsibility includes providing company-wide electrical engineering support as required
Support project engineering design needs and provide Professional Engineering review and stamping as required for all divisions, if required
Document work by maintaining files for each job
Provide on-site engineering support for project team to meet design intent, system requirements, and project milestones
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Able to conduct load justifications and produce Electrical assessments/feasibility reports to understand electrical requirements for system upgrades and modifications
Familiarity with Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial building applications
Coordinate project specific electrical engineering
Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time
Qualification
Required
BS or another degree in a related field (engineering, construction management, engineering technology etc.) or equivalent job experience and certifications
Professional Engineering License
Demonstrated ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans and specifications
Ability to understand structural systems and fundamental level understanding of HVAC principles
Strong communication skills
Strong work ethic
Proficient with all Microsoft Office related products
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Proficient understanding of Autodesk Products specifically Revit and AutoCAD
